In the depths of winter, give yourself the gift of an extended day of mindfulness practice and silence. Even though much of the natural world is at rest at this time of year, our minds often remain quite busy! Most people find this experience one of rejuvenation and a way to allow the mind to settle. It can be a way to support a current practice, re-enter a practice, or simply take a day to take care of yourself in this way. Familiarity with mindfulness-based practices highly recommended.
